Ridgeview Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity. In this vital role, you will be essential in providing high-quality care and support to children and families within our hospice setting. Your expertise will help empower families and enable children with disabilities or developmental delays to reach their fullest potential. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring a shared understanding of strategies and goals.
  • Monitor and track developmental outcomes for each child, adjusting interventions as needed to optimize results.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to provide support to families, enhancing their capacity to foster their childโ€™s development.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and child safety.
  • Develop strong rapport with children, families, and team members, fostering a trusting and constructive environment.
  • Implement natural learning environment practices, emphasizing coaching and teaching techniques that adapt to individual learning styles.
  • Manage case documentation efficiently and participate in team meetings to discuss child progress and strategies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, providing critical early intervention services. Our mission focuses on helping these young children acquire essential skills for their development, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. This role supports not only the children but also equips families with the tools and knowledge necessary to foster growth and learning in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a Masterโ€™s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
  • A valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation for possible remote visits.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
