A highly regarded boutique law firm specializing in creditor bankruptcy, business litigation, real estate law, and financial services litigation is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team. This firm provides a collaborative environment, mentorship opportunities, and a clear path for career growth. They are also open to bringing on a skilled solo attorney with an existing book of business or a small two-person firm looking to grow within a larger firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, including trial or settlement.
