As the Director of Sales, you are the architect of our growth. You won't just manage a pipeline; you will lead a multi-disciplinary engine of Sales Representatives, Product Consultants, and Sales Support staff to dominate the public safety market. Your primary objective is clear: Drive aggressive "New Name" sales growth and expand our footprint across the nation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Scale the Engine: Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of sales professionals and technical consultants, fostering a culture of high performance and relentless execution.
  • Win the Market: Take full ownership of the "New Name" sales cycle, from high-level prospecting to closing complex enterprise contracts for CAD, RMS, and JMS solutions.
