As an LPC, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality therapeutic interventions and support to individuals and families navigating various mental health challenges.

About the Organization

Harmony Reach Services is committed to delivering exceptional mental health care to adults, children, and families within our community. We believe in treating our clients in the least restrictive environment possible, and we provide an extensive range of outpatient services, including therapies, psychopharmacology, clinical research, and counseling. Our collaborative approach includes partnerships with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care, which allows us to maintain shared leadership, core values, and resources aimed at enhancing the quality of care for our clients.

Work Environment

This position offers a remote working environment, allowing you to provide care in a flexible setting while still being an integral part of a close-knit team. Harmony Reach Services fosters a culture that prioritizes innovation, professionalism, and a healthy work-life balance. Our approach empowers clinicians by supporting them to build a profitable and fulfilling caseload while contributing to a collaborative atmosphere that promotes growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics in all interactions.
  • Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, tailoring support based on individual needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor client-centered treatment plans that align with the best practices of mental health care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring adherence to state and federal guidelines.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and initiate the therapeutic process.
  • Facilitate therapeutic individual sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster client growth and resilience.
  • Engage in regular individual supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate proactively with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, continuously seeking to improve practices and outcomes in client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Harmony Reach Services, you will work with a varied outpatient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our aim is to provide culturally competent care and therapeutic support tailored to the unique needs of each client, fostering personal growth and emotional stability.

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
  • Active, unrestricted LPC license in Washington State.
  • At least one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using computers for documentation and communication. Familiarity with appropriate software systems such as periodic reporting, RMS systems, and email platforms is essential.
  • Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with strong skills in conducting intake assessments.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience implementing evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and their application in client treatment.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms to facilitate remote counseling sessions effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. As a member of our team, you will benefit from a fee-for-service model, guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, and available bonus opportunities. Our W2 employment structure emphasizes work-life balance through flexible scheduling and support for clinician well-being.

  • Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance, including supplemental options.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.
  • Malpractice insurance coverage provided for all clinicians.
  • Access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal support.
  • Professional development opportunities, including free CEUs on various mental health topics.
