Position Overview

Inspire Counseling Center LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) to join our remote team of professionals committed to enhancing the lives of our clients through innovative mental health services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments during individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to design and facilitate engaging program activities that enhance the therapeutic experience for patients.
  • Participate actively in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, sharing insights with psychiatric providers and fellow clinicians to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Document ongoing assessments of patient progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, updating treatment plans based on documented efficacy and client feedback.
  • Evaluate and document the effectiveness of various therapeutic interventions, making necessary adjustments to improve client outcomes.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities, such as attending workshops or seminars, to stay current on best practices in mental health counseling.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations and client needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a broad range of clients, including children and families facing developmental differences. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess an active professional license (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) in the state of Washington.
  • A minimum of two years of direct experience working with children and families, particularly those with developmental challenges, is essential.
  • Strong foundation in various psychotherapy treatment methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral, narrative therapy, and postmodern approaches.
  • A commitment to client-centered care, driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact on mental health outcomes.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience implementing empirically supported therapy techniques in complex clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 – 105,000, in line with experience and expertise.
