Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history, mental health status, and readiness for change.
• Craft personalized treatment plans that address not only addiction but also any co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based strategies tailored to each client's unique journey.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to provide cohesive care, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on client progress.
• Educate clients' families about the recovery process, ensuring they have the tools to provide supportive care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid professional license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices and a strong understanding of treatment modalities for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients towards recovery.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a collaborative approach within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

Experience in addiction counseling, particularly in a telehealth setting, is highly desirable. Familiarity with utilizing digital platforms for therapy sessions and the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to virtual environments will enhance your success in this role. Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
