Job description

***Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.

A day in the life:

  • The AI Operations Manager is the operating system behind the Innovation team. You administer the company's enterprise AI platforms, keep the SVP and the team's initiatives moving in sync, keep the roadmap current, and act as an early-warning system for what is changing at the AI frontier. Early on the work is operations-heavy; your strategic voice is expected to grow as you automate the operations down. You are a force multiplier, not a support function.

Responsibilities:

- Administer the company's enterprise AI platforms - Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and new tools as we adopt them - covering provisioning, access, RBAC, usage governance, and billing, and automate that administration down over time.
- Keep the SVP of Innovation organized and ahead of schedule through prioritization, prep, and follow-through - you catch what would otherwise slip before it does.
- Run the Innovation team's weekly operating rhythm and keep the roadmap current and trusted at all times.
- Produce a weekly AI intelligence brief on what is shipping at the frontier and what the team should test.
- Bring a point of view into strategy conversations and grow into a genuine strategic voice for the team.
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.
- Other applicable or related duties as assigned.

Role Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience; early-career with an unusually high ceiling and a fast learning rate.
  • AI-native - you use Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini daily and have real intuition for what they can and cannot do. This is the non-negotiable bar.
  • A strong organizer who makes chaos legible and closes loops without being chased.
  • A clear writer and systems thinker who holds a point of view.
  • Comfortable being the least experienced person in the room and still adding value.
  • Meaningful daily overlap with U.S. Pacific hours (LATAM timezones ideal); remote, open to international candidates.
  • Bonus: you have built something with AI - an agent, a workflow, or a shipped side project.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Enterprise AI platform access and provisioning requests resolved within one business day, fully documented.
- Admin time trending down quarter over quarter as workflows get automated.
- Weekly AI intelligence brief shipped on time, every week.
- Roadmap accurate and current at any given moment - never a scramble to update it.
- Zero missed commitments or dropped follow-ups traceable to coordination gaps.

Most Important Things (MITs)

- Be the reason the Innovation team's operations run without friction.
- Keep the SVP focused on the highest-leverage work by owning everything beneath it.
- Turn AI platform administration into a system that mostly runs itself.
- Act as an early-warning system for what is changing in AI - surface it before it is obvious.
- Earn a real voice in strategy by being right, useful, and fast.
