Job Title: Manager, Digital Media Strategy

Compensation: $115,000 to $135,000

As the Manager of Digital Media Strategy, you will lead a team of digital strategists and serve as the senior strategic advisor for our highest-tier clients. You will oversee the holistic media vision across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that omnichannel campaigns accelerate growth, drive pipeline generation, and deliver measurable revenue impact. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales, technical services/analytics, and media execution while mentoring the next generation of strategic talent.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the Digital Media Strategists, providing regular guidance on campaign strategy, client communication, and career growth.
  • Oversee resource allocation and bandwidth across the strategy team to ensure optimal support for all client accounts.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to test new channels, tactics, and ad technologies.

Client Excellence & Senior Advisory

  • Partner with Client Solution Growth Leads on complex Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), translating portfolio-wide performance data into high-level business narratives and forward-looking growth roadmaps.
  • Proactively identify overarching industry trends and shifts, advising clients on how to pivot their business and media strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Media Strategy & Omnichannel Oversight

  • Direct the overarching strategy for large-scale integrated media plans across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and emerging channels (e.g., CTV, Retail Media).Ensure media strategies are strictly aligned with clients' complex buying stages, target personas, and bottom-line business outcomes.

Measurement & Technical Leadership

  • Partner with Analytics and Solutions leadership to design and implement advanced, closed-loop measurement frameworks and custom attribution models.
  • Guide the Media Services Team in connecting complex media inputs to consumer journey impacts, ensuring narratives resonate with executive revenue leaders.
  • Spearhead agency-wide initiatives for channel expansion and creative testing, defining best practices for relevance and performance across the buying journey.
Experience:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital media strategy, planning, or buying, with a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • 1-3+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience.
  • Advanced expertise in core platforms (DV360, SA360, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, etc.) and complex attribution tools.
  • Exceptional executive presence and the ability to translate highly technical performance data into clear, business-driven narratives.

This position pays a base salary of $115,000 to $135,000 per year. This position is eligible for a semi-annual individual bonus based on performance. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
