Partner Success Advisor (U.S. Remote)

We’re seeking a U.S.-based, experienced, and self-driven Digital Account Manager with a genuine passion for digital marketing to join our team. This full-time remote position offers a flexible work environment, generous PTO, and incentive bonuses, with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple accounts to achieve measurable results.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and reach marketing goals, with a focus on data-driven optimization for SEO, content, and paid media.
  • Establish and track KPIs, presenting monthly progress reports through webinars or calls, with a commitment to high client retention and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve account issues alongside team members, ensuring seamless project execution across social media, SEO, paid search, and more.
  • Educate clients on digital marketing trends and best practices, helping them leverage tools and self-service options effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Must be located in the U.S. and eligible to work remotely.
  • Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing analytics, data analysis, and CRM, plus at least 4 years of project management experience.
  • Proven expertise as a Digital Account Manager with experience in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and CRM software.
