We invest in the development of everyone on our team through a structured career development program, cross-client knowledge sharing, and close collaboration with experienced internal experts.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Retirement savings plan (401K) and flexible vacation
  • Real client variety with B2B and B2C accounts across industries, with meaningful strategic scope
  • A culture that values practitioners: we expect leaders here to stay sharp, not just manage
  • A team that genuinely invests in each other's growth
  • Active engagement with AI tools and emerging capabilities as part of how we work, not as an afterthought

About the role
Chartis Interactive is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant to support the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of integrated digital marketing initiatives across key client accounts. This role combines hands-on campaign execution and analytics expertise with growing ownership of client strategy, recommendations, and account leadership.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and strategic, with strong experience across paid media, digital marketing platforms, reporting, and campaign optimization. This individual will work directly with clients and internal teams to develop performance-driven digital marketing programs across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
This role is ideal for someone ready to move beyond execution-focused analyst responsibilities and take on more ownership in campaign strategy, client communication, and cross-channel planning.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support development of integrated digital marketing strategies aligned to client business objectives and KPIs
  • Execute, manage, and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, META, Bing, YouTube, and other paid media channels
  • Analyze campaign, website, and conversion data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities
  • Develop recommendations to improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention performance
  • Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards, visualizations, and executive-ready performance summaries
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Leads, analysts, creative teams, and analytics teams to execute integrated marketing programs
  • Utilize AI tools and frameworks to develop and scale capabilities in day-to-day activities
  • Participate directly in client meetings, presenting campaign updates, insights, performance trends, and optimization recommendations
  • Support media planning, audience targeting, testing strategies, and budget allocation recommendations and pacing
  • Execute and analyze A/B testing initiatives across campaigns, audiences, creative, and landing pages
  • Help ensure accurate campaign tracking, tagging, UTM governance, and measurement frameworks
  • Monitor industry trends, platform changes, and emerging digital marketing opportunities
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and campaign execution when applicable
  • Manage multiple campaigns and client priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with ABM platforms such as Terminus, 6sense, Demandbase, or Triblio
  • Familiarity with CDPs, DMPs, or marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI/reporting tools
  • Exposure to SEO, CRO, or website analytics initiatives
  • Understanding of GA4 event tracking, tagging, and attribution methodologies

Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or media planning
  • Growth Mindset: looking for a culture of experimentation by testing untested digital strategies and scaling success
  • Agency or consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across:
    • Google Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • META Ads Manager
    • Bing Ads
    • YouTube
  • Experience with analytics and reporting platforms including:
    • Google Analytics / GA4
    • Adobe Analytics
    • Looker Studio / Data Studio
    • Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience presenting findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
