• Conduct thorough evaluations and intake assessments to identify each client’s unique mental health needs and history, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions via video conferencing or other secure platforms, maintaining professionalism and a client-centered approach.
• Engage clients in active collaboration to set realistic therapeutic goals and guide them through their personal development journeys with ongoing encouragement and support.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on individual client needs.
• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring documentation meets regulatory standards while being readily accessible for supervision and review.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related disorders, and relationship issues. Many clients come from varied backgrounds, including different age groups and cultural contexts, requiring an adaptable and culturally competent approach to care. • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Candidates with a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) are also welcome to apply.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field including Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients remotely through effective communication.
• Demonstrated capacity for empathy, understanding, and patience in addressing clients’ personal struggles and mental health challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client caseloads, responsibilities, and paperwork efficiently.

• Prior experience in providing remote therapy or counseling is preferred, showcasing adaptability to virtual clinical settings.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms, enhancing effective client engagement and service delivery.
• Familiarity with a range of mental health therapeutic approaches and interventions, allowing for flexible and responsive client care.

• A competitive salary range from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, dependent upon your caseload and expertise.
