• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, addressing their mental health needs comprehensively.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and screenings to determine client needs and treatment options.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies, collaborating with clients to empower their recovery journey.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support, managing clients in critical situations to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
• Document and maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards related to confidentiality and reporting.
• Participate in regular consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress, share resources, and refine treatment approaches.
• Engage in continuous professional development through trainings, workshops, and quality improvement initiatives.

Our clinic serves a diverse client base, predominantly in community health settings where access to psychological services is limited. The LCSW will work with individuals exhibiting a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other severe emotional disturbances. A significant emphasis on culturally competent care means that our LCSWs must be aware of and respect diverse backgrounds and experiences as they relate to mental health.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, demonstrating strong skills in assessment and intervention.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and internal teams.

Amaze Cognitive-behavioral Therapy Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
