Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Heritage Counseling Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting individual, family, and group counseling sessions to assess and address mental health needs and facilitate positive outcomes.
  • Developing customized treatment plans that encompass both short-term and long-term mental health goals.
  • Utilizing our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to provide secure and confidential sessions, ensuring client safety and privacy.
  • Administering effective treatment programs tailored for clients struggling with mental health issues, trauma, or dual diagnoses.
  • Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes using our EHR system to maintain compliance and quality of care.
  • Participating in team meetings and collaborative case reviews to discuss client progress and share best practices with fellow counselors.

Qualifications
