Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods to assess and address clients' challenges.
  • Implement treatment plans that address symptoms of mental health disorders, trauma, or dual diagnoses, working collaboratively with clients to set achievable goals.
  • Utilize our cloud-based EHR to document client progress, treatment notes, and session summaries, ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
  • Manage your scheduling effectively to accommodate client needs while also maintaining a flexible work schedule that may include some evenings or weekends.
