The role of LPC is conducted in a remote setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while effectively serving clients across various locations. Our telehealth platform is HIPAA-compliant, ensuring the security and confidentiality of all client sessions. We provide a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, simplifying your documentation process and allowing you to concentrate on providing exceptional care rather than administrative tasks.

• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to their specific needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client issues, treatment goals, and effective interventions aimed at promoting mental wellness.
• Manage treatment programs focused on addressing symptoms of mental health challenges, trauma, and dual diagnoses, ensuring client safety and confidentiality at all times.
• Utilize our cloud-based EHR system to document care and treatment plans efficiently while adhering to compliance standards set by insurance providers, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities, expanding therapeutic skills and staying current with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and continuity in treatment.
• Maintain a flexible schedule by offering evening and weekend availability to accommodate client preferences and enhance service delivery.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Our clients often seek the empowerment to transform their mental health through therapeutic engagement, and you will play a critical role in guiding them on this journey. Your empathetic and skilled counseling will directly impact their well-being and recovery.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• At least 3 years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting.
• Proficient with technology, including reliable access to a laptop or desktop computer, internet, and a webcam for virtual counseling sessions.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently while managing a flexible schedule.
• Must complete a background check prior to employment.

• Experience with telehealth modalities and EHR systems is advantageous.
• Previous work in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment.
• Background in trauma-informed care and evidence-based counseling practices.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, based on experience and educational qualifications.
