Job Description:

The System Programmer Analyst will be a part of the enterprise support team and will support over 36,000 end-users. This person will serve as a high-level desktop support expert and will be responsible for a wide range of duties that involve, but are not limited to: Rollout and upgrades to a variety of applications, laptop/desktop network connectivity issues, application network connectivity or any issues with applications on a large scale. Other responsibilities will include creating how-to guides for end-users and other team members to follow for reoccurring issues. This position will sit primarily remote and will only need to go on-site as needed for major application issues or hardware testing.
