Responsibilities

  • Resolve incident tickets related to identity management and access.
  • Fulfill Service Catalog requests to manage user access and permissions.
  • Complete release and change tickets to ensure system updates are properly implemented.
  • Handle security vulnerability remediation tasks involving Saviynt configuration changes.
  • Reduce security risks, enhance compliance, and improve user experience through proper access management.
  • Support Identity Management and Governance services with 5-10 years of specialized experience.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience supporting Identity Management and Governance services.
  • Proficiency with Saviynt or similar identity access management tools.
  • Strong understanding of security vulnerability remediation and change management processes.
  • Experience in handling incident resolution, service requests, and release management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for rotational on-call duties.
