Job description

Instructional Designer - Retailย (Remote โ€“ US)ย 

We are seeking anย Instructional Designerย for our global retail client. You willย be responsibleย forย designing,ย developingย and delivering instructional materials and experiences, both digital and physical, in a consistent and reliable fashion toward an efficient, effective, appealing,ย engagingย and inspiring acquisition of knowledge.ย 

This is a 40-hour per week, 3-month contract (possible extension), 100% Remote role in the US. Preferred candidates should be from PST.ย 

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Responsible for designing,ย developingย and delivering instructional materials and experiences, both digital and physical, in a consistent and reliable fashion toward an efficient, effective, appealing,ย engagingย and inspiring acquisition of knowledge.ย 

Requirements:ย 

  • At least 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designerย 

  • Experience with Instructional Design toolsย i.e.ย Adobe Captivate or Articulate (Articulate preferred).ย 

  • Experience withย Synthesiaย is aย plus, butย can learn on the job.ย 

  • Bachelorsย degree.ย ย
