Lead Graphic Designer

About InfoTrust

InfoTrust is a global, privately-owned products and solutions-led company dedicated to unlocking the power of data to drive marketing performance and business growth. We specialize in digital analytics, media enablement, and privacy-centric solutions that help Fortune 100-500 companies and world's largest brands optimize their marketing strategies. Those brands Our culture is built on passion, ownership, diversity, trust, respect, and continuous growth-values that have earned us multiple "Best Places to Work" awards, including a Great Place to Work certification and recognition as the #1 place to work in Ohio.

About this Role

We are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to serve as the visual architect for InfoTrust, bridging the gap between high-level brand strategy and production excellence. This role is perfect for a designer who balances a mastery of visual fundamentals with a product-mindset, capable of turning usability findings into sophisticated design decisions across print, digital, and product interfaces. As a leader and mentor, you will drive brand cohesion while leveraging AI as a productivity multiplier to maintain high-velocity output without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Visual Identity & Brand Activation: Own and maintain the InfoTrust brand guidelines, ensuring cohesion in typography, color theory, and identity systems across all global touchpoints.
  • Multi-Platform Design: Execute high-fidelity digital assets for web, social, and email, alongside complex print production needs including packaging and vendor-ready file delivery.
  • Product & UX Design: Utilize Figma to establish wireframes, components, and design systems, applying accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices to support product development.
  • AI-Augmented Workflow: Strategically use tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Claude Design to accelerate production while exercising expert judgment on design quality.
  • Design Operations: Organize and maintain design libraries, naming conventions, and versioning to ensure a seamless handoff for developers and other stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide clear creative direction and feedback to freelancers and vendors, championing a culture where design is treated as a strategic asset rather than a commodity.
You could be a great fit if:
  • Design Operations Mastery: You are a champion of Design Ops, possessing the organizational discipline to manage a steady volume of 10-15 high-quality assets per week with minimal oversight.
  • Strategic Influence: You view feedback as a gift and possess the deep graphic design foundations-color, typography, hierarchy-to confidently influence stakeholders while remaining curious and collaborative.
  • Technical Breadth: You possess an advanced mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with the ability to defend design decisions rooted in objectivity.
  • Brand Stewardship: You have a proven track record of maintaining brand books and identity systems for complex, international, or B2B organizations.
  • User-Centric Execution: You understand UX principles and can synthesize usability findings into functional, beautiful layouts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: You can communicate complex design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Resilient & Adaptable: You thrive in a high-velocity environment and can pivot quickly as project priorities shift.
  • Objective Problem Solver: You approach challenges with a "curious, not judgmental" mindset, seeking the best solution for the brand.
  • Great communicator: B2 English proficiency.ย
Bonus:
  • Experience with motion design and After Effects.
  • Deep knowledge of Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) including contrast, focus order, and ARIA basics.
  • Experience working within mid-market startups or international B2B product companies.
You shouldn't apply if:
  • You view design as a solo creative endeavor rather than a collaborative, data-informed process.
Logistics:
  • Employment Structure for Mexico: This position is based in Mexico and will be facilitated through a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). While you will be a core member of the InfoTrust team and report directly to our internal leadership, the PEO will serve as the employer of record for local payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance in accordance with Mexican labor law
  • Employment Structure for USA: InfoTrust has an office location in Cincinnati, Ohio. If you are nearby you are welcome to work hybrid for this role. This role is a direct-hire, full-time salaried role.ย

Must be authorized to work in Mexico OR USA (where you are located) for any employer.

  • Work Location: This is a 100% remote position. We offer flexible work options to suit your preferences and lifestyle.
  • Travel: Ability to travel 10-15%, as needed.
Why work here?

At InfoTrust, employees are deeply connected to our core values and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and be their best selves everyday. Our Core Values include:

  • Earn Trust: Deliver on what you promise.
  • Be Respectful: Don't be an ahole.
  • Promote Diversity: Seek understanding and be inclusive.
  • Take Ownership: There is no "they." Take initiative.
  • Grow Every Day: Learn and apply.
  • Contribute With Passion: Desire to do good. Give to grow.

At InfoTrust, we believe our success is someone else's miracle. Giving back to the communities in which our team members live and work is a key part of who we are; we made this "official" with the formation of the InfoTrust Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Benefits

Benefits include, but are not limited to: health/vision/dental insurance with employer-sponsored premiums, unlimited PTO, a generous parental leave program, 401k plan with company match, tuition reimbursement, and much more. Ask your recruiter for more details!

Diversity is one of our six core values at InfoTrust . InfoTrust is committed to a diverse workforce and we are an equal opportunity employer. We aim to hire strong, diverse teams built from different backgrounds, experiences, and identities. We are building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best work of your career. Job descriptions are not perfect, and we know you may not check every box. Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification. Don't let that be you-apply if you are interested!
