This position is designed for a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while utilizing our secure digital platforms. • Deliver personalized therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group counseling, to address psychological issues and facilitate effective coping strategies.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's specific psychiatric diagnosis, addressing their unique needs and preferences.
• Utilize various assessment tools and techniques such as interviews and observations to gather bio-psycho-social information about clients.
• Conduct thorough analyses of collected data to accurately determine diagnoses and craft effective treatment plans, recommending referrals when necessary.
• Regularly evaluate the progress and effectiveness of treatment interventions, making informed adjustments to care plans as needed to optimize client outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. Your insights and strategies will guide patients in overcoming obstacles they face both personally and professionally, improving their overall quality of life.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Proficiency in medical coding and documentation practices relevant to mental health.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience is required, demonstrating a track record of effective patient care and successful treatment outcomes.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools is highly preferred, as this role relies on technology for client interactions and record-keeping.

The compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, reflecting our commitment to providing competitive salaries for our dedicated team members.
