Industrial HVAC Service Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across plant and refinery environments
- Break into new facilities and establish relationships with plant managers, maintenance leaders, and operations teams
- Sell preventative maintenance agreements, retrofit services, and long-term service contracts
- Navigate complex organizations to uncover contract owners, decision makers, and renewal timelines
- Conduct site visits to evaluate equipment and recommend service solutions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of long-cycle opportunities (contracts often 3+ years)
- Generate proposals, pricing, and presentations to win new business
- Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure accurate scope and execution
- Track activity, opportunities, and forecasts within CRM systems
Industrial HVAC Service Sales Representative Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability to generate net new business (hunter mentality required)
- Strong relationship-building skills within industrial or technical environments
