Casino Service Manager - Wildfire Casino and LanesJob Description

Description:

Responsible for supervising multiple departments and serving as Manager on Duty, directing all casino and gaming operation Team Members. Properly implement all Title 31 procedures, observe and safeguard Company assets, and follow all responsible gaming guidelines.Provide friendly, efficient service toallGuests and oversee the overall operation of all casino and gaming areas. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Must be able to effectively supervise, coach, counsel, and discipline Team Members as well as orient, train, and evaluate Team Members. Ability to maintain high Team Member morale through support, appreciation and recognition.

Qualifications:

Two years’ management experience.Slots experience preferred.Strong Communication, Leadership and Organizational skills. Must be able to communicate effectively. Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook preferred. Prior experience with Point of Sale systems helpful. Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision. Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs. Set schedules and job duties, while maintaining Team Members' hours for proper staffing as defined through established service standards. Knowledge of cash handling procedures.
