Position Overview
Next Phase Solutions and Services is seeking a Senior Database Developer / Contract Manager for a federal report automation and data modernization program.
We are seeking a senior, hands-on data architect/database developer who can lead a small technical team while managing the federal client relationship. This individual will serve as the Contract Manager and senior technical lead, with accountability for delivery across the program.
Role Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Contract Manager and designated senior-level individual responsible for all contractor work.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and remain knowledgeable of work across all program activities.
  • Be available to the COR from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
  • Respond to discussion or problem-resolution requests within 24 hours.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Additional Information
The normal access requirement for this federal program is U.S. citizenship. The selected candidate must be able to meet applicable federal background, security, privacy, and access requirements.
The work is expected to be primarily remote, and travel is not anticipated. Occasional support outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
