• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that consider the mental, emotional, and social factors impacting your clients' lives; utilize digital tools for data collection and analysis.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing solution-focused, evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting them for delivery through virtual platforms.
• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain confidentiality and accurate patient histories.
• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in virtual meetings and case consultations to enhance patient care and support.
• Implement educational strategies for patients and families, providing them with valuable information regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health by attending virtual training sessions, webinars, and conferences, integrating newfound knowledge into your clinical practice.

You will work with a diverse array of patients within a detox center environment, focusing on individuals facing substance use issues and concurrent mental health disorders. By providing tailored therapeutic support, you will help clients navigate their recovery journey, addressing both their mental health and substance use disorders through compassionate and effective counseling.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting is essential.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and a strong foundation in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, specifically suitable for remote delivery.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients via digital platforms.
