Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using telehealth platforms to determine patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans grounded in best practices.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring these modalities to effectively meet the unique challenges presented in a remote setting.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards while employing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with your treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other licensed professionals, to coordinate care strategies through virtual meetings.
• Participate in continuous professional development by attending case consultations and peer review sessions conducted via video conferencing, thereby enhancing the quality and efficacy of patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, utilizing advanced digital communication methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will manage a diverse caseload of remote patients, which may include children, adolescents, and adults from various socio-economic backgrounds, each facing distinct psychological and emotional challenges. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring they feel supported and guided through their therapeutic journey, with a particular focus on solution-oriented outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is essential.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in delivering high-quality psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and practices adaptable to a remote platform is critical.
