Overview
A nationally recognized structural engineering firm is seeking an Associate-level Project Manager to support large-scale multifamily and data center developments. The firm delivers structural design and construction support services on more than 70 new buildings annually, totaling over 20 million square feet and nearly $1B in construction value. Known for its expertise in tilt-up construction, the organization provides innovative solutions across commercial, institutional, and public sector projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead structural engineering efforts for large-scale multifamily and data center projects
  • Manage projects from design through construction administration
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, contractors, and external agencies
  • Serve as primary client contact for project-related communication
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery
  • Support permitting processes and agency coordination
  • Maintain quality control and technical accuracy across all deliverables
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on project strategy and execution

Qualifications
