Responsibilities for Technical Project Manager include but are not limited to: 

·       Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, and Operations teams.

·       Drive program execution, process improvement, and operational excellence.

·       Manage Agile delivery processes and Jira boards.

·       Coordinate between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams.

·       Own program planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management.

·       Work closely with Knowledge Management and Product organizations.

Candidates for Technical Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

Program & Project Management

·       Several years of Technical Program Management experience.

·       Strong experience leading complex initiatives with minimal supervision.

·       Highly proactive; able to drive actions and decisions rather than waiting for direction.

·       Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

·       Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Agile & Process Management

·       Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

·       Hands-on experience managing Jira boards, backlogs, sprints, and workflows.

·       Process management and process improvement expertise.

Technical Background

Candidate should have exposure to and understanding of:

·       ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes

·       Data Exchange / Data Integration

·       Machine Learning (ML)

·       Generative AI (GenAI)

·       Product technology environments and technical product operations

Product & Operations

·       Product Management experience or strong partnership with Product teams.

·       Experience supporting product delivery, roadmap execution, and operational processes.

·       Ability to bridge business and technical requirements.

Pay Details: $38.40 per hour
