Remote Customer Service Representatives are professionals who assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and support needs, all while working from a location outside of a traditional office, usually from home. They typically handle tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails or chats, and resolving issues related to products or services. Remote reps use digital tools and communication platforms to interact with customers and their teams.
