Responsabilites


  • Maintenir un haut niveau de service a la clientele ;
  • L'assemblage, la livraison et la transmission des dossiers ainsi que les suivis connexes ;
  • Communiquer avec les membres de l'equipe pour assurer l'integrite des dossiers clients ;
  • Coordonner le flux de travail pour respecter les delais ;
  • Repondre aux courriels et aux appels telephoniques ;
  • La preparation et le traitement des factures ;
  • Diverses autres taches administratives au besoin ;
  • La saisie de donnees.

Responsibilities


  • Maintain a high level of customer service ;
  • Assembly, delivery and transmission of files as well as the related follow-ups ;
  • Communicate with team members to ensure the integrity of client files ;
  • Coordinate workflow to meet deadlines ;
  • Respond to emails and phone calls ;
  • Preparation and processing of invoices ;
  • Various other administrative tasks as needed ;
  • Data entry.
