POSITION OVERVIEW
Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a Cryptographic Security Operations Lead to support day-to-day service delivery across certificate, key, and secret management services. This role sits between engineering and operations, with a strong focus on incident management, request fulfillment, and SLA-driven delivery.
This individual will provide critical onshore operational support, helping manage workload, resolve incidents, and ensure consistent execution across a hybrid team of engineers and offshore operations resources. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and operationally strong, with experience in PKI and certificate management platforms.
LOCATION

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own day-to-day service delivery, ensuring incidents, requests, and changes are completed within SLAs
- Triage and resolve certificate-related issues, including expirations, break/fix scenarios, and escalations
- Provide hands-on support for certificate, key, and secret lifecycle management (issuance, renewal, installation)
- Support platforms such as Venafi, DigiCert, and Azure Key Vault
- Perform QA on operational work and ensure consistency in service delivery
- Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and documentation
- Partner with engineering, PKI, and security teams to support operations and improvements
- Assist with workload management, reporting, and mentoring junior/offshore team members
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in PKI, certificate operations, or cryptographic support
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Venafi, Keyfactor, DigiCert, or similar platforms
- Experience with Azure Key Vault, AWS KMS, or similar key management solutions
- Strong experience in operations, incident management, and ticket-based environments (ServiceNow or similar)
- Solid understanding of PKI concepts (SSL/TLS, certificates, lifecycle management)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience supporting service delivery in a hybrid onshore/offshore model
- Familiarity with domain validation, certificate automation, and PKI infrastructure
- Experience building runbooks, SOPs, and operational processes
- Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, APIs)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate\'s education, training, specialty, experience, and work location. Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $130,000.00 – $160,000.00 annually. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
