Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs from concept through delivery

· Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies

· Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, regulatory, and operations

· Drive alignment between technical and business stakeholders

· Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues

· Track program progress and provide clear, concise status updates to leadership

· Ensure technical solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance requirements

· Facilitate decision-making by evaluating trade-offs and providing data-driven recommendations

· Support system integration, validation, and release readiness activities

· Establish and improve program management processes, best practices, and tools

· Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field

· 5–10+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or related roles
