Marketing Manager, Offline Channel Growth & Analytics
Confidential Client | Remote (US) | $103,500 – $120,000 + Bonus

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead offline customer acquisition and growth for a dynamic organization. This role focuses on optimizing performance across key offline channels with an emphasis on national Direct Response TV (DRTV). 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated offline acquisition strategies, driving qualified leads and revenue across B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Own channel performance for national DRTV (primary focus), direct mail, print, and related offline channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPO, CAC, CLV, ROI) to identify opportunities, optimize spend, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Partner with media agencies to drive strategy, creative testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization while providing strong recommendations.
  • Manage budgets, forecast results, and collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead test-and-learn initiatives to scale successful programs and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience with proven success in national DRTV performance marketing (recent experience required).
  • Hands-on ownership of significant media budgets and independent strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance marketing KPIs, attribution, testing methodologies, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience challenging agency recommendations and driving measurable improvements in acquisition efficiency.
  • Direct response acquisition background focused on performance outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Power BI a plus) and excellent communication/project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in healthcare, senior care, telecom, technology, or SaaS.
  • Experience with integrated multi-channel campaigns and advanced testing/optimization.
