Job description

AXL Global Consulting is looking for enthusiastic problem solvers to join our Dayforce Human Capital Management consulting team. As a Recruiting/Onboarding Consultant you will lead the implementation and configuration of Dayforce HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions, specifically focusing on the Recruiting and Onboarding modules, for our clients. A Recruiting/Onboarding Consultant will need strong communication and problem-solving skills to be effective in their role.

This is a full-time, remote (USA or Canada) role. 

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to analyze their Recruiting and Onboarding requirements, operational workflows, and regulatory compliance needs.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to gather detailed functional and technical requirements for configuring Dayforce Recruiting and Onboarding.
  • Configure the Dayforce Recruiting and Onboarding module to align with client-specific requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the consulting teams to integrate Dayforce Recruiting and Onboarding with other modules within the HCM system.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and accuracy of configured Recruiting and Onboarding processes.
  • Conduct system integration testing to ensure seamless operation with other Dayforce modules and third-party systems if applicable.
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions to client stakeholders on using Dayforce Recruiting and Onboarding functionalities effectively.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
  • Create and maintain project plans outlining tasks, milestones, and timelines for implementation activities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
  • Document configuration decisions, processes, and customizations made during the implementation phase.
  • Prepare regular status reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with Dayforce Recruiting/Onboarding updates, new features, and industry trends.
  • Recommend system enhancements or additional modules that could optimize client Recruiting/Onboarding processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of Recruiting experience and use of a similar ATS
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills
  • Creative problem solving and business judgment
  • Experience working independently without daily supervision
  • Ability to multitask between different projects and clients
  • Full-time, US or Canada - remote

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dayforce Recruiting and Onboarding preferred
  • Certification in Dayforce HCM or related HR management systems
  • Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and testing Dayforce HCM solutions or similar products
  • Consulting experience preferred
