These roles can include positions in sales, marketing, supply chain management, e-commerce, and data analysis, among others. Employees in remote CPG jobs use digital tools to collaborate with teams, manage product distribution, analyze consumer trends, and develop marketing strategies. This flexibility allows professionals to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of CPG brands.

What are the primary challenges faced by professionals working in a Remote CPG position?

A major challenge for those in Remote CPG roles is maintaining strong client and team relationships without in-person meetings, which requires proactive communication and the effective use of collaboration tools. Job description

Recruiter

LOCATION: Remote

REPORTS TO: Chief People Officer
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 10%

We’re looking for a high-ownership Recruiter / TA Lead to build and run our hiring engine. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the CPO to bring in great talent while building the systems, structure, and discipline that make hiring scalable.

You’ll own execution end-to-end, from sourcing through offer, while also shaping how we hire - improving processes, introducing structure, and ensuring we’re building a thoughtful organization. This is not a plug-and-play recruiting role; it requires creativity, strong judgment, and comfort operating with minimal tools and infrastructure.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across roles — build and manage pipelines (internal and external), run sourcing, coordinate interviews, and drive candidates through to close with a high-quality experience
  • Build structure where it doesn’t exist — create and refine job descriptions, interview plans, offer templates, and onboarding frameworks; bring consistency and clarity to how we hire
  • Partner closely with hiring managers — align on role scope, candidate profiles, and hiring plans
  • Execute against hiring goals with urgency and focus — manage multiple searches at any one time while maintaining quality
  • Operate without heavy tooling (and improve overtime) — manage pipelines and tracking manually where needed; evaluate and help implement an ATS and other tools as we scale
  • Continuously improve how we hire — identify bottlenecks, candidate drop-off points, and inconsistencies; bring forward practical solutions to make hiring faster, better, and more equitable

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4–7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to both individual contributor and volume hiring
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting skills, including sourcing and closing
  • CPG/Food, high-growth start-up or manufacturing experiance required.
  • Experience building or improving recruiting processes, not just operating within them
  • Clear, confident communicator who can influence hiring managers and candidates effectively
  • Strong judgment on talent, leveling, and organizational fit — willing to push back when needed
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a low-infrastructure environment
  • Creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
  • Values-driven with a commitment to building an equitable and high-quality hiring process
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and operates with a sense of urgency.

ABOUT GOOD CULTURE:

We believe that if you eat good things, and surround yourself with good, you’ll feel good. Simple as that. That’s why we decided to create a food company that offers real organic ingredients from trusted sources, promotes good health and tastes great. Our mission is to reinvent the food system, from the (actual) ground up. We are a cultured dairy company that currently makes pasture-raised cottage cheese, probiotic rich sour cream, cream cheese and probiotic milk. We’re on the look for some cultured healers!

Good Culture is an equal opportunity employer. At Good Culture we also believe a great culture fosters and values a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce. We seek individuals of all backgrounds and experiences to apply for this position. We do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. Good Culture is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
