A rapidly growing mid-size law firm in Palos Verdes is looking for a full-time Employment Attorney.The ideal candidate will have the choice of working in-office or fully remote, if preferable.The ideal candidate will join in providing clients with the highest caliber of legal representation available. This firm focuses on business, employment and real estate litigation.The firm's frequent successes have given them a stellar reputation amongst colleagues and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in advice and counsel is ideal
  • CA bar
  • 4 years of solid employment experience
  • The position is offered as fully remote, hybrid or in-person
  • Ability to make court trials, depositions is a must
  • Open to plaintiff and defense side employment
  • Excellent legal research, writing and verbal communication
  • PAGA experience and/or employment advice and counsel experience is a plus
