*This is a remote position with up to 50% travel.* *Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones and be located within 60 minutes of a major airport.* LHH is seeking a Vice President of Sales for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a long-standing manufacturing client with multiple locations across the United States. This executive leadership opportunity offers the ability to shape commercial strategy, drive sustainable growth initiatives, and influence long-term business performance across multiple functional areas. The selected candidate will join a collaborative leadership team and oversee sales, business development, customer support, engineering, and commercial operations while helping modernize processes, strengthen customer relationships, and identify new growth opportunities. This is a remote position that involves up to 50% travel (typically only weekday travel). The compensation is commensurate to experience and will range between $200,000-240,000 per year plus equity, commission, and leadership incentives and includes comprehensive medical insurance options (health, vision, dental, disability, etc.), generous Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match. ***Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.*** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must Have Requirement: Candidate must live in the Eastern or Central Time Zones, live within 60 minutes of a major airport, and have reliable, high-speed internet access.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field is required (Master's Degree preferred)
  • Must have 10+ years of sales experience leading a commercial manufacturing organization with responsibility exceeding a $50M business portfolio
  • Minimum of 7+ years of senior leadership experience directing multi-functional sales teams is required
  • Must have experience with P&L and understand margins, EBITDA, material costs, etc.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience managing geographically dispersed teams and multiple locations
  • Strong business acumen and experience with strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, human resources, sales, customer service and leadership of direct reports
  • Proven track record of implementing initiatives resulting in increased organizational efficiencies and profitable outcomes
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with customers, employees and fellow leadership, exemplifying professionalism and driving a culture of positivity and excellence
