• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, and families, ensuring tailored interventions that meet each client's unique needs.
• Provide high-quality graduate-level counseling interventions, maintaining a focus on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support client recovery.
• Engage in active communication with multidisciplinary teams to review assessment outcomes and collaborative care strategies through regular documentation and meetings.
• Deliver case management support, coordinating with community resources and healthcare professionals to streamline patient care and improve treatment outcomes.
• Complete documentation and reporting responsibilities promptly, adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices to uphold the integrity of patient information.
• Utilize clinical methodologies and tools to track progress, adapt treatment plans, and ensure that clients are moving towards their individualized service goals effectively.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. • Candidates must hold an active Maryland license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-C (LCSW-C).
• Applicants should be prepared to work between 10 to 40 hours per week to meet client needs and management requirements.
