Work Environment

As a remote-based mental health counselor, you will work from home, providing you with flexibility while connecting with clients via telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.

  • Possession of a full and independent LPCC license to practice in California.

  • Proven proficiency in various counseling methodologies, with a strong emphasis on delivering evidence-based treatments.

  • A robust background in treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders.

  • Basic computer skills and comfort with telehealth platforms; openness to adopting new technologies to enhance client care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Heartford Mental Health Solutions offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $90,000 and $110,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
