Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Remote Mental Health Counselor will include, but are not limited to:

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • An active licensure in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) within California.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect professionally and empathetically with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and the willingness to seek assistance when needed.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly valued:
