The nature of this role is predominantly remote, with a primary focus on outpatient services in a flexible, supportive atmosphere. Our technological infrastructure includes a fully integrated HIPAA-compliant telehealth system, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions virtually while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and care. Additionally, our electronic health record (EHR) system streamlines documentation, allowing you to focus more on your clients rather than paperwork.

• Provide culturally-responsive psychotherapy to a wide array of clients, including individuals, couples, and groups, addressing their unique mental health needs.
• Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure high-quality care and conduct timely and accurate documentation through our user-friendly EHR platform.
• Develop and implement collaborative treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care tailored to individual client goals.
• Engage actively in team meetings, clinical training, and peer consultations, sharing your insights and contributing to a collective approach to client care.
• Inspire innovation within our organization by sharing your creative ideas for enhancing care delivery, program development, and organizational culture.

• A valid and current LPCC license in the state of California.
• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
• At least one year of clinical experience post-licensure or significant pre-licensed experience with specialized populations.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostics and proficiency in ethical standards and clinical documentation practices.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a clinical team.

• Familiarity working with marginalized communities, explicitly focusing on the unique needs and experiences of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ populations.
• Specialized training in modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, substance use treatment, or crisis intervention.
