• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, history, and condition.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their unique circumstances and goals.
• Diagnose and treat a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, regularly updating care plans to reflect any changes in client status.
• Refer clients to appropriate community resources, treatment programs, and support services as needed to enhance their overall well-being.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to develop discharge plans that ensure continuity of care.
• Prioritize daily workloads by assessing the needs of new, ongoing, and discharging patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and social work consultations, addressing high-stress situations in a supportive and professional manner.
• Act as an advocate for clients and their families, facilitating effective communication with care teams and aiding in navigation of healthcare systems.
• Identify clients at risk for delayed care or readmission, coordinating with appropriate stakeholders to find solutions and improve patient outcomes.

In this role, you will provide care to a diverse population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your clients may range from those dealing with anxiety and depression to those experiencing severe emotional disturbances. With a focus on collaborative treatment, you will engage clients and their families in the therapeutic process, helping them to understand their mental health needs and develop coping strategies for daily life.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field obtained from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or as a licensed Psychologist in California.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and support services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.

• Previous experience in clinical mental health settings, with an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• A background in crisis intervention, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for case management and documentation.

This position offers an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
