Elevance Counseling LLC is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors, including LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs, to join our growing team. Work Environment

This position is designed for a remote working environment, providing the flexibility to conduct sessions from your preferred location. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, modifying treatment plans as needed based on patient progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop effective discharge plans, ensuring continuity of care and appropriate referrals for further treatment, support groups, or community resources.
• Educate and communicate with patients, families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate effective care and timely patient discharges, promptly addressing any delays or concerns.
• Perform social work consultations, provide crisis intervention and supportive services, and conduct therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of individuals and families.
• Advocate for clients by navigating resources within mental health care, ensuring they receive necessary support and services to foster a holistic recovery process.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards in practice as outlined in the Mental Health Practice Act, while adhering to clinical standards set by Elevance Counseling LLC.
• Utilize technology effectively to manage appointments, track case progress, and document client interactions seamlessly within the designated app.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Elevance Counseling, you will primarily engage with a diverse patient population facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. The role requires a deep understanding of individual circumstances while working closely with families and other support networks to promote comprehensive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a relevant mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Current State Licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist.
• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources and support services.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in the provision of therapy services over virtual platforms.
• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.
• Experience with crisis assessment, intervention techniques, and familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
