• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement effective interventions through virtual platforms.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to address diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and grief.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with telehealth regulations and ethical standards using secure online systems.
• Support clients in goal setting and skill building, fostering self-awareness and empowerment throughout their mental health journeys.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaboration with fellow therapists to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.

Your primary focus will be on low-acuity clients who benefit significantly from early intervention and supportive counseling. You will work with a varied clientele dealing with issues such as anxiety, mild to moderate depression, ADHD, OCD, and grief. Our online platform ensures that you have access to a diverse array of clients, enabling you to utilize your expertise effectively and respond to specific needs.

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid and independent Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license with no history of disciplinary action.
• Strong technological proficiency with a stable internet connection, working phone, and computer for telehealth sessions.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting, preferably with telehealth experience.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and tools, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches.
• Experience working with clients in various age groups and diverse backgrounds.

Heart Harmony offers a competitive annual salary of $110,000 to $130,000, complemented by a robust benefits package.
