Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish a trusting therapeutic rapport with clients.
  • Deep empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client experiences and mental health struggles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance case loads and administrative duties.
