Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's goals, strengths, and unique situations.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies to foster personal growth and healing.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a comprehensive support system for each client.
• Involve and educate clients' families throughout the healing process to enhance the effectiveness of treatment and promote a supportive home environment.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records that comply with regulatory and ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Radiant Solace, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples seeking relationship support, families navigating complex dynamics, and individuals dealing with personal mental health challenges. Our client population encompasses all ages and backgrounds, with services focused on areas such as communication issues, family conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.

Qualifications

• Possess a current and valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills adept at establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Display empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude, allowing clients to feel safe and respected during their therapy sessions.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills for effective case management and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in clinical settings, particularly with family dynamics and relationship-focused therapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to marriage and family therapy.
• Knowledge or experience in specialized areas, such as addiction therapy or trauma-informed care, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
