Are you ready to build your career by joining a multi-national medtech company? If so, our client is hiring a Contract Administrator (Business Administration Administrator).
Position Type:

  • Contract
  • Remote/On-Site: Remote but Pacific and East coast preferred 

Required:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred:

  • Pursuing a degree in Legal Studies, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in contracts, operations, compliance, or business processes.
  • Interest in contracts, commercial operations, legal administration, risk management, or project support.
  • Experience with data entry, document management, administrative support, or process-oriented work.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and business systems.

Responsibilities:
Certificate of Insurance (COI) Support:

  • Monitor shared COI mailboxes and assist with incoming requests.
  • Gather information from internal systems to support COI submissions.
  • Prepare and track COI requests.
  • Upload completed COIs to designated systems and customer portals.
  • Maintain accurate records of COI activity and status updates.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding missing information and request status.

Contract Administration Support:

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining contract-related documentation.
  • Support workflow tracking and status updates within contract management systems.
  • Verify document completeness and identify missing information.
  • Assist with contract file management and record retention activities.
  • Help monitor teamwork queues and prioritize administrative tasks.

Process & Reporting Support:

  • Support data cleanup and document organization projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by Contract Administration leadership.

Professional Development:

  • Learn contract administration fundamentals and commercial risk concepts.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Gain exposure to customer requirements, compliance documentation, and business operations.
  • Develop skills in contract process management, communication, organization, and business process management.

Success Measures:

  • Timely processing and tracking of COI requests.
  • Accurate document management and record keeping.
  • Consistent follow-up on assigned tasks.
  • Positive collaboration with Contract Administrators and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribution to reducing administrative workload and improving process efficiency.

CPM Organization Support:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CPM (Commercial Project Management) organization as workload and business needs require.
  • Assist with document management, data collection, reporting, and process tracking activities. (Claims)
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives across Contract Administration and CPM teams.
  • Help maintain organized project records and facilitate coordination between cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Gain exposure to commercial project management processes, financial controls, risk management, and operational execution.
