Scale Sales Team is expanding and we're looking for motivated Sales Closers and Appointment Setters who enjoy helping businesses grow. If you're experienced in remote sales and want to focus on conversations instead of cold prospecting, we'd love to meet you.
Our team provides qualified opportunities so you can spend your time doing what you do best-building relationships and generating results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with qualified prospects by phone or Zoom.
- Understand each prospect's goals, challenges, and needs.
- Recommend the solution that best fits their situation.
- Confidently handle questions and objections throughout the conversation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records after each interaction.
- Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals.
