  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong command of SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, and marketing automation, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Vendor Management: Demonstrated success managing third-party vendors and agencies to deliver high-performing, ROI-driven campaigns
  • Strategic & Executional Balance: A results-oriented leader who can operate at both a strategic and hands-on level to drive outcomes
  • Prioritization & Balance: Strong ability to manage competing priorities while keeping the patient experience at the center of all decision-making
  • Collaborative Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
  • Experience directly managing and developing marketing teams
