This involves monitoring user-generated content such as text, images, and videos for violations like hate speech, violence, or explicit material. Moderators may work with predefined policies to approve, reject, or escalate content as needed. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to community standards, and may involve exposure to sensitive material. Remote moderators typically work from home, often on a flexible or shift-based schedule.
