Project Superintendent:

Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Commercial General Contractor Project Superintendent, where your leadership and construction expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of commercial projects. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Communication - Liaison for project team, subs and clients, Provide project updates and milestones.
  • Problem Solving - Proactive Communication, Experiential Foresight, Conflict Resolution.
  • Quality Control - Process Execution Verification, Attention to Detail, Collaboration.
