Project Coordinator (Entry-Level Civil Construction) Relocation to Cape Canaveral, FL Welcome

Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Cape Canaveral, FL
Relocation Assistance Available

I'm currently partnering with a well-established civil construction contractor in the Cape Canaveral area that is looking to add a Project Coordinator to its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their construction career who is looking to gain hands-on project management experience while working alongside experienced industry professionals. The company offers a clear path for advancement starting at the Project Coordinator position.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning and executing civil construction projects

• Coordinate project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contracts

• Track project schedules, budgets, procurement, and project progress

• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams

• Support field operations by coordinating materials, equipment, and project logistics

• Maintain organized project files and ensure documentation is up to date

• Assist in keeping projects on schedule and within budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred

• Internship or entry-level experience within construction is a plus but not required

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry
